RCL Lightning Touch Rugby
Junior Training: 10-1130am, every Saturday (September to July); (7-16 yr olds) mixed touch training,
Club night: Tuesdays 7:30-9:30pm
(16-100+) Social touch rugby. All are welcome regardless of gender, ability and experience. Focus is on fun, fitness and learning basics of the sport. We sometimes split the pitch to have extra training time for tournament or league teams.
Tournament training: Thursday, 7:30-9:30pm. For those looking for a little extra challenge and our league/tournament teams.
We also hold a Corporate and Social league every spring/summer, and occasional weekend events. Plus our Belgian league teams travel once a month to participate in competitive touch tournaments.

Who we Are:
We are proud of who we are at RCL Lightning Touch Rugby. We are not just building a team or a club, but an inclusive community, which is in turn part of the global Touch rugby family. RCL is built on values of aspiration, inclusion, humility, honesty, and respect. We respect every individual's human dignity and hope to provide a safe welcoming space for all, regardless of gender, age, and ability, to enjoy a rugby-based sport. We play touch from community social touch (such as in the Social and corporate League), through to Belgian League fixtures, and up to high-intensity elite-level amateur sporting events in the European and World Cups.
RCL Lightning is the touch rugby section of Rugby Club Luxembourg. RCL provides us with the infrastructure, support, and financial resources to run our beloved sport. Whilst, we take part in a different code of rugby, we are nonetheless fundamentally RCL. RCL Lightning governance and licensing are also separately supported by Touch Letzebuerg, who enable us to access accredited FIT coaching and refereeing courses, International tournaments, and Government funding to grow the sport.
