All players must attend an INS medial examination.
A new examination is required in the year the player reaches the age of 7, 12, 15, 18, 22, 26, 30, 35, 40, 45 & 50 years.
It is important to inform the INS you are playing at Rugby Club Luxembourg – if not the certificate could be sent to the wrong club and the player cannot be selected to play for RCL!
Players not becoming 7 in the current year (2018) or over 50 years must obtain a medical certificate from their doctor.
You are advised to take the following when you attend your INS medical:
- Vaccination card
- CNS card
- Glasses if worn (please avoid wearing contact lenses)
- Details of any regularly used medications
- Previous medical reports
- Shorts, t-shirt and clean trainers
- A bag for your valuables (wallet, watch etc)
If you do not have these or have any questions, please check with the doctor when you make your appointment.
Sports.lu recommends drinking plenty of water as you will need to provide a urine sample.
