Medical Checks (INS) Must be booked!

All children must obtain a medical certificate from the INS (Institute National de Sport). The check up takes 15-20 minutes and once you have been to the INS you are covered for all sporting activity within

Luxembourg

. The INS building is in Cents and you can call them on 47 83 422 to book an appointment. Please book this as soon as possible and make sure to tell the INS to send the certificate to RCL at this address:

JP Morgan is proud to sponsor the RCL Juniors

After several years as the main club sponsor, from the 2007/08 season JP Morgan has focused its support on the RCL Juniors.

JPMorgan's support significantly strengthens the development and growth of rugby in Luxembourg by helping RCL to encourage more youngsters into the game and to give them the opportunity to compete in regular competitions locally and abroad.

The success of RCLs U13 tournament since 2007 and the various underage touring teams at events all over Europe demonstrate clearly that with the right support, and with the continued dedicated coaching of Alex van Zeeland and all of the junior coaches, the standard of rugby in the RCL Juniors can only continue to improve.

Everyone at JPMC wishes the RCL Juniors every success this season and is the seasons ahead.

Age Groups 2010/11

The new age groups as agreed by the FLR are as follows:

U9 Jan 1st, 2002 to Dec 31st 2003
U11 Jan 1st, 2000 to Dec 31st 2001

U13 Jan 1st, 1998 to Dec 31st 1999

U15 Jan 1st, 1996 to Dec 31st 1997 NEW RCL TEAM

U17 Jan 1st, 1994 to Dec 31st 1995
U19 Jan 1st, 1991 to Dec 31st 1993

These categories correspond with those in use in France and Belgium. RCL will still have the option to hold players at a younger age group if the coaches feel it is in their best interest.

U7 will include all children born after 1st Jan 2004.
